These Terms of Service govern your use of the b2roll platform and your application for a white-label online store. By submitting an application or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

b2roll provides a hosted e-commerce platform including a customer-facing storefront, merchant dashboard, and related infrastructure. Each approved merchant receives a dedicated store environment provisioned by b2roll.

2. Applications & approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee access. b2roll reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion. Approved merchants receive login credentials and onboarding instructions by email.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful products or services, fraudulent activity, intellectual property infringement, or any activity that harms other users or the platform infrastructure.

4. Data & privacy

Your use of b2roll is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you publish and the customer data you collect through your store, subject to applicable laws.

5. Availability & changes

We may update platform features, pricing, or these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
